Elevators

Palmetto Medical Plaza has four passenger elevators. 

All elevators are designed for efficient operation. In the unlikely event that the elevators become inoperable, please instruct your staff and patients to first use the emergency telephone located inside each elevator cab. The telephones are connected to the 24-hour emergency switchboard. A building engineer or elevator technician will be dispatched immediately to assist you. In addition, there is an emergency bell that may be pushed to alert the building staff of any problems. 

Parking

The self-parking garage next to our building is managed by the hospital.  Staff and visitors may self-park in the parking garage at a charge, fees for visitors paring vary depending on hours parked. Reach out to Beacon Hill Hospitality at PalmettoParking@beaconhillhospitality.com for a parking pass to access the employee lot. Employee lot is located in the east side of the campus, behind psychiatric building. If preferred to park in the garage, monthly fee is $75. Palmetto Medical Plaza offers valet parking managed by the hospital  for a flat fee of $8 cash only, complimentary for handicap.  The valet stand is located  at the roundabout in front of the ground entrance of the building and operates Monday through Friday from 7am-6pm.
